Kay's Hair Extensions and P4 Bangs Everywhere are nice if you really like customizing characters. I don't they've been updated to patch 7 yet, but a lot of the class/subclass mods are worth getting; Cleric Subclasses, Rogues Extra, Hexblade, Artificer. sumradagnoth8 and havsglimt on nexus mods have a bunch. 5e spells is also a must have.
