AvP when you were the only one who could easily deal with the alien doing ceiling shenanigans was hilarious. Just dropping out of the sky from great heights. This, Using the hitscan heavy machine gun in Soldier of Fortune as a sniper rifle, leaving a grid of the little nuclear bomb trucks in "allies" bases in Red Alert 2 who you knew were gonna backstab you and being an absolute terror with ripper headshots in Unreal Tournament - just absolute golden good times.

Well. For me anyway. Not sure others enjoyed it quite as much.

It's not really about cost for me. Accounts in control of someone else and increased fees to use my own hardware can take a long walk off a short pier.

Not at release. It came later though for certain chipsets.

I wonder if anyone on this forum has played the game enough to realise that the entire rating is entirely justified just on basis of the bloody wheel of fortune, which while pragmatically only 0.05% of the game is the bit that keeps me up at night and regularly makes me make poor decisions that hurt both myself and the current run.

I think it was something to do with COVID stats during the initial outbreak, but yes, yes it was the UK government and their bizarre love affair with stupid tech choices.

Man, I just picked random shit every time.

She was married.

Scorched Earth? Or is this the one before that?

Peanuts aren't nuts. They are Goober peas. Nut like peas not pea like nuts. A peanut allergy and a nut allergy are different things and your peanut butter is likely made in a factory that also processes actual nuts. So as poor as that communication is - it's probably accurate.

Always amused at the "Subsidised" cracks with the Chinese automakers like Tesla wasn't subsidised up the wazoo. It's like the only crime is passing on the saving. Not saying you are doing that here, but it's odd it comes up so much.

You are explicitly allowed to retain PII for critical business purposes. So in this case as a key component that the software licence is attached to they can retain it forever anyway.

Jolla Community phone for me. Pain, and suffering and probably a substandard experience so that in a year or two folks like you will have something capable to run too! Wish me luck!

Until Tim Sweeney does something about Tim fucking Sweeney I am good thanks.

Props to these guys. They tried something. Everyone hated it and they did the right thing. It's increasingly rare. Back to Civ I guess.

What mystifies me is usually when they do this sort of thing they throw it on Plus and get a mountain of players. Fall guys, and Destruction All Stars spring to mind as examples. I guess the effect isn't so strong with the new tiered system, but it may have saved them some face.

Sinn fein just don't turn up - can't he do the same?

Man my poor pc got absolutely hammered by the giant dirt bombs and the deaths head / mirv

Man. Khaled has been off my radar for a while. When did he start sounding so presidential?

Fear, Uncertainty and Doubt.

True, but consent always makes things feel different.
