I've been using GIMP to make every one of my thumbnails for the video uploads I make. The issue with GIMP is that it does some things a bit obtusely, and kind of requires you to build a database of art files. Photoshop is better for (surprise!) editing photos, where as GIMP is better at pure "Art" stuff.

GIMP also is not really geared for Tablets, which is also why most people are down on it.

Ive been using GIMP for years and once you adjust to how it operates, it's quite powerful. In fact it has some rather useful features once you unlearn Photoshop. It reminds one a bit more of Corel Paint from back in the day.

Raises in minimum wage don't come from nowhere. So the boss increases prices to cover it. Cost of living thus increases, so we ask for a rise in the minimum wage. lather-rinse-repeat.
