Best Lemmy Server to make a Religion-based Community?
Reply in thread
For OpenChristian mainly.
Although, if it goes well, I might consider potentially attempting to expand it by bringing other subs like:
or others
I have already done Queer_Muslims
I wouldn't mind the extra help.
Which religion are you/looking for?
EDIT: OpenChristian is now up.

How Does This Community Handle GoComics DMCA Issues?

I totally agree with you, although I personally would consider potentially looking into various avenues, and try to potentially ready myself beforehand, so that I'm not scrambling / caught off-guard when they inevitably do come.

Potential Decentralized Fediverse Alternative to Ko-fi, Patreon, etc.?

What about something like the Lightning Network, similar to NOSTR's Zaps approach?
Or perhaps Decentralized Finance (DeFi)?

Am I the only person who thinks that this image should be made into a meme?
Like, keep posting it relentlessly and force the right-wingers to keep constantly seeing it?

A note to our counterparts at Lemmy.World

They would get angry because apparently (their words) they didn't want Lemmy to turn into Reddit.
Also, apparently I seemed like a bot, idk.
It might have been on a different instance, its been forever.

I used to, I would even add links to the Reddit Posts, but then everyone would get angry at me.
Also, people are more than welcome to post their own stuff.

Wild random idea: A fan-run TikTok account dedicated entirely to promoting Loops?
Reply in thread
I just checked, and
has 265.9K followers, and
has 71.5K Followers
So, while not in the millions, I'd still say that that's not bad.
EDIT:
Apparently Neptune has decided to shut down:

What if the Fediverse had its own full-scale News Network?
Reply in thread
Apparently there is also We Distribute, we're basically a Fediverse news blog. Connected Places also does a lot of Fediverse / Bluesky reporting.
