Elon Musk's X pushes Trump tags on all US users

I totally get the sentiment... But there are people that I can't get anywhere else.. mostly my local police, fire department, and local govt are only on xitter... Also heavily use for the national weather service, but if drumpy wins that will be going away.

The last couple days I've been investigating if any of those are on threads, so I can try find a way to follow them mastodon... But doubt they have their accounts enabled for the fediverse... But I'd also have to migrate my mastodon account to an instance that hasn't de-federated threads...

Big cars are dead weight dragging down climate policy

This is what happened with my family. We had a VW GTI and a Golf.. when the kiddo came along the wife wanted an SUV so if we got in an accident the kid wouldn't be automatically dead by one of these fucking monstrosities... I think I'm slowly convincing her that a car might be safe, but VW doesn't make the Golf for USA anymore..

I feel like maybe a path forward would be a long the lines of what someone else has said. Make vehicle registration cost more depending on how big it is.. but who knows...

Now to top it all off because of America's obsession with big vehicles there is still a limited selection of small hatchbacks in the EV zone...

How often do you perform specific chores at home?

My partner and I once sat down for like 3 hours and make a checklist of chores in todoist. Can ret reoccurring things with all different parameters... Sometimes I stay on top of it, but other times I play like 3 weeks of catch up on my day off...

Wow, lots of folks Roomba way more often than I do... I should get that guy going more often! I just get conflicted with it... I feel like I have to get everything off the floor for it... Perhaps I'll try to let it run in a native environment.

.... I may need a tutorial on doing this... My HA works great, but I have a ton of Hue in my house from before and really like the bulbs and stuff... It would be nice to block those off from the Internet... Is that doable on the router or do I need to upgrade my network (been thinking about doing some upgrades anyways).
