We mostly romanticize traditional child business stuff (girl scout cookies, lemonade stands, mowing yards, etc). Learning how to sell your work, to know the value of your labor is important. In that same breath, $13 beers are just insane. There's no logistical cost or reason for them being that expensive other than they have you restricted as a captive audience. Literally every form of media has adult content in it. You need to be the parent who is aware of and monitors what your kids watch. You cant just blame a whole genre for not being 100% safe for you kids.

It's a show that my teenage daughter and I can watch together. She likes the yuri story, I get to introduce her to the gundam franchise. It's great. I just bought her a gunpla SD model kit for Gundam Aerial, and I got a SD model for Wing Zero and we can build them together.
