I agree that people should be careful with jewelry around small children, but it doesn't look like these are the type that will open and spill out their contents, regardless of it the contents are poisonous or not. I feel like there would be bigger concerns if the baby bit a chunk of resin off. Maybe I'm mistaken though since I'm just going off the pic provided.

Just because something is outside of your personal knowledge or experience doesn't mean it's wrong. You have access to the internet with plenty of information available on these topics. Strange to just assume the information is entirely incorrect without bothering to look into it.

I openly said you can take issue with the data collection, but the link makes clear they're talking about specific commercial pilots. My understanding is that the cpl and atpl do not expire. I have no idea how many of those people are in the workforce anymore, or in aviation at all, much less the specific segment in question.

I don't know Wispys situation in particular, but in a lot of condos (apartments that people own), on top of a mortgage there is often a maintenance fee that goes directly to a special account for building repairs or maintenance. Then for emergencies there might be additional "special assessments" to cover unexpected expenses. If those are not paid they can exert pressure through a lien on the property or other means. Most often owners will be able to see exactly what the maintenance fee covers. This helps keep the process transparent. So you know $20 of each fee goes to monthly landscaping or whatever so you can do the math to make sure there's no fraud. If there's 100 units and you're each spending $3000 a month to have someone take care of a small garden bed then you know someone is doing something fishy. So I imagine they received a breakdown of their fees that included how much it cost to keep the elevator running.

Interesting parallel with the cheaters. Based on author commentary it really did seem like they wanted to talk about free speech and hate groups, but I can see how they drew inspiration from that.

I'm happy for him, but I wish there was more concrete information provided. Seems like he enjoyed acting but the industry was the issue. Wonder if it was long shoot days or abusive people he had to work with or what. I don't think we're owed any information, but it's kind of weird to vague post about quitting like that. People give money to streamers. There's plenty of data to mine there regarding what the streamer was doing or saying vs how many donations they were getting. You can correlate that across different kinds of streams or streamers and get a good idea of how to maximize extraction from a given population.

To the best of my recollection they started doing this to pay for cancer treatments. That's absolutely not an excuse, but anyone who says M4A isn't needed really needs to think about the kind of desperation needing healthcare creates.

Missing X votes per term should be grounds for impeachment or recall or something. Being unable to fulfill your obligations to your constituents and still occupying the position is disgusting. I don't really agree with his constituents, but we all deserve our constitutionally guaranteed representation. A lot of places will only allow you to be scheduled for less than 30 hours a week, even if you are able and willing to go full time. It's stupid, but some people have convinced themselves that it's Obamacare's fault that their employer is shitty and the subsequent governments have been unwilling to close that loophole. Now I can't even do that for niche issues I run into.
