I wish I never drank so much from 17 to 25

I had the most wicked twenties you can imagine. I'm talking the Hangover meets Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas etc.

In my thirties I started running long distance and in my forties I'm still running and incorporated 5 days a week bodybuilding routine, cross fit, biking and swimming. For the last 30 years, each decade was the best decade of my life.

Remember fondly the parties, focus on building yourself up, and most importantly be proud of who you are (and enjoy the ride).

That's a work of art

I have both. I'm not putting my plastic salad spinner or German chef knives or old plastic food storage containers or blender jar or my pots and pans and etc. in the dishwasher. Restaurants have human dishwashers for valid reasons.

It's all SO simple!

Lost 100 pounds going vegan. 10 years later lost another 15 pounds adopting running as a passion. Ten years later gained 15 pounds becoming a weight lifter. Ten more years after that I weight 185 pounds, body fat 12-15% , feel strong look great. Now I added triathlons to my routine.

It's both nutrition and staying active. We're such lazy animals that we have to fight our impulse to sit still and eat silly .... Who knew that the key is having a healthy, active lifestyle...

Thanks to techies here and on the other site I won't name, after 30 years I moved to dry ink. My laser Brother I bought used for 80$ with 3 full cartridges and an open one, will last me until I die. I can print 3500 pages! Laser is beyond superior vs inkjet. It's not even comparable.
