Exactly. Let’s speculate and say Trump leaves office in 2029. Then four or eight years of a Democrat, then another Trump-like figure (likely someone younger) will come in again. The policies and rhetoric of Trump (which includes annexing Canada) are here to stay. We have to fight this shit for our lifetimes and far beyond.
