But there are just some different things that are very fresh for a documentary - if you can even call it that. I’m not even sure anymore. I need to watch it again. Absolute madness. I am huge Nathan fan and I was setting my expectations low due to all the hype. It certainly lived up and left my jaw on the floor by the end. Holy hell there’s so many layers to this movie… I’m also glad I watched it in theater. It had been a few years since I’ve been to the movies and this one was def an experience.

This movie deserves a theater viewing. If you’re on the fence, just go do it - even with the 3 hour run time. It’s an experience!

The weather is glorious and we got our walk in! My boy needs to shed a couple lbs so hopefully we can stay vigilant with our exercise routine!

Of course CNN leaves a key point out of the article: Shroyer had previously gotten probabtion for a protest way before all the Jan 6th mess. Part of his punishment for that was he was not allowed at all on capitol grounds - so that played a role in the charges/sentencing as well.

Am I weird to think that the fediverse will eventually succumb to enshitification in its own ways? As in, if it does pick up then any easy to sign up and popular instances will have a certain concentration of power and if they try to cater to the masses, they might just end up becoming their own silos if defederated from other instances en masse.

I guess I’m just not too informed, but what does it mean to have a “show” on X vs. just being a person who posts videos? Is there some kind of more monetization if you have an official “show” on there?

This doesn’t super surprise me. Driving should be taken more seriously. You’re controlling a 2 ton death machine and it shouldn’t be taken lightly.
