It's interesting seeing the comments here opposed to the ones on videos or news sites. A lot of people blamed the mother for this. At the end of the day to me it doesnt matter what she did, escalating the situation for stealing diapers to the point that they tried murdering her is never acceptable and should not be normalized to be. Just let her go, they got the plates just pick her up at her place in an hour. Why do we need to end anyones life over theft? Crazy world...

I didn't know much about the details of this case, but I watched a 10 min video last week from someone who was a supporter but now angry as more and more details come out that are starting to show she is lying and for how big this got it's only going to hurt future cases like this. Some of the evidence shown were text messages that actual discuss consent for all of this prior and it did appear to be agreed upon. In this generation it is absolutely drilled into people that consent is needed. Her story has changed multiple times each time she has been asked which says something isn't right here. The night of the guy she was with was not only drunk but also on a lot of ketamine and she was the one who put the pressure to continue even though by the standards of sexual assualt he was to inebriated to consent. He was told after that it doesnt work that way because he is a male. Theres more, but it sounds like this is not going to end well considering how much attention it got. It just sucks because it was finally putting preasure on colleges and who knows what will change if this is found to be false.

That really sucks... I am going through a divorce and we still have our moments of affection or more. Knowing that we won't know when the next time we will have this kind of connection with someone, if ever, means we are trying to enjoy this last part before its gone forever. We also have 2 kids so we will always be together in some way. My guess is this will continue until one of us actually does find someone else.

Funny story, our company made a lot of money off of covid and they decided it was a great idea to purchase a floor at another building across the street just for VPs and execs. Cool. Once they left our bathrooms had the worst 1 ply toilet paper imaginable. Like you had to grab it gently and slowly pull otherwise it just ripped. Even doing this was still 50/50. Well bad decisions led to that floor being shutdown after only 2 years and they had to move back in with us. Immediately the toilet paper went back to the good stuff again. The fact that they treated TP as a luxery item and can't seem to afford the nicer stuff for everyone always made me wanna flick them off so bad. Jokes on all of us though since that fuckup was so bad we just found out the entire company was purchased and almost without a doubt we will all lose our jobs next year once finalized. Thanks a lot execs, you did an amazing job like usual.

This made me think whatever happened to the Ultima series. I played some of the games growing up and now wondering whatever happened to the series since its been decades since anytbing. Apparently he sold the rights of the game to EA in like 1992... I can't really find out why they didnt really create anything, why buy the rights and do nothing? Theres some terrible browser and mobile game attempts done near 2010 but not very good. I do see Richard is looking to take back the rights of the game. Apparently theres some loophole where he can do so only after 35 years so next year he could possibly get that back and he wants to create something new finally. I hope he reflected these past 30 years and realized he would never do better than Ultima and thats ok.

This is me now. Were currently going through this. Sadly we do have 2 kids. I just see us as toxic and have tried for a few years now to make it work and improve, but ultimately I can't take her actions. It's like living with someone with a gambling addiction but for shopping. I don't get her share of the mortgage money for months and it's only excuses and somehow my fault. Now that I want this and not backing down it's also my fault were going through this. All I keep saying is I still love you, but I can't be with you anymore. House foreclosure, bankruptcy, and you would think she gets it? Nope the final straw was her taking the kids without me to get a dog... a dog when we have no money! And also without my approval! Thankfully I was able to contact the place before pickup and let them know. They even said its mandatory all people in the family be there but she lied and said i had work. They were shocked. I knew right then she will never change and have to save my future.

Absolutely, if I had 2 million dollars (which if you ask me isn't that crazy anymore) and put it all into simple things like CD's at 4% for 1 year i would make $150k a year which I could just live off. After all taxes I would still walk away with more than I currently make yearly.

Now how do I get my hands on that? Anyone know anyone?
