I can see how this could be considered wholesome, but to me this just looks like the last thing you see before you get torn apart and die.

Easier said than done in most cases. Serious mental problems should not be simplified like this. They are complex. A list like this makes them seem trivial and easy to overcome.

That being said, some of these are helpful tools for said problems. The issue with this post is that it boils these issues down to simple problems with simple fixes.
