Movies with deliberately anachronistic endings/scenes?
Jesus Christ Superstar has some modern anachronisms in it cause it's really just a bunch of hippies doing a reenactment in the desert

Escalators should be outlawed. What fucking good do they do to begin with? They don't even speed up travel, they actually slow it down. People get mad at me for this stance because of disabled people. Well, some disabled people can't even use the escalator. Malls should make sure an elevator is readily available for those who can't walk. If I had it my way, there would be stairs alongside a ramp and an elevator. I don't really trust elevators either, but sometimes they're the only option.

I went to a movie today and saw two different kids, from different families, wearing Pikachu shirts. And later, at the mall, I saw a kid with a Pikachu plushie. You would think there was a pokemon movie out

Why don't we just use AI to predict crimes?
Because it's unethical to punish someone for something they haven't done based on a psychic prediction

If you're defending the cop who killed A BABY, re-evaluate your worldview!

Part of what bothers me is that they think it's justified to execute people without trial. Even if this woman were a criminal (which she wasn't) she still wouldn't have been guilty of anything warranting the death penalty. Disobeying cops shouldn't warrant instant death penalty. Shoplifting shouldn't warrant instant death penalty. Even if she tried to run them over, which I doubt, it wouldn't warrant instant death penalty, and it certainly wouldn't warrant instant death penalty FOR HER BABY

Psychics shouldn’t need to advertise. They should just know you want to chat and call you.

And there are people defending that cop. Imagine being that desperate to avoid acknowledging that sometimes the police are simply wrong

Trump now blaming ‘vandalism’ for the problems at the Reflecting Pool and says police are investigating
Don't the police have anything better to do? Oh well, maybe it'll distract them from killing black people
