What do you think of this prediction?

I've heard they've hidden three immeasurably invaluable CS:Go Knife skins throughout the platform, and the first person to find all three will unlock Half-Life 3 and annoint the winner as Gaben 2, God Emperor of Valve and owner of Steam. Also, they get a chocolate factory.

Mushroom ID

In his story, his friend's mother boldly picked mushrooms from her backyard, cooked them into an omelet for the family, but DID NOT EAT the omelet herself.

Nothing would stop her from growing old while continuing this pattern of bold collecting, although a stint in prison might make for an earlier retirement than expected from the foraging scene.

Police in Japan have arrested a 36-year-old man on suspicion of selling illegally modified Pokémon save data to customers online

But the devil is always in the details, isn't it? Unless, that is, you stop reading as soon as you hear what you want to hear, and don't go any further in the article...

According to Professor Ryo Ogiso of Chou University, prosecutors defer prosecution in 60% of the cases they receive, and conclude the remaining 30% or so of cases in summary trials. This summary trial is a trial procedure in which cases involving a fine of 1,000,000 yen or less are examined on the basis of documents submitted by the public prosecutor without a formal trial if there is no objection from the suspect. Only about 8% of cases are actually prosecuted, and this low prosecution rate is the reason for Japan's high conviction rate.

Kyle Rittenhouse storms off stage after being confronted by students

Reply in thread

You are so right! He locked and loaded and drove 20 miles away from his front porch, and he didn't even need to get a hunting license, did he? Level with me, my fellow hunter, after he pulled that trigger and wiped two human lives out of existence forever, do you think that was the first time he ever maintained an erection longer than a couple of seconds?

What I don't understand, is why some people get hard thinking about other people's murder counts. Right, buddy? But yeah, respect!

Good = Boring = No Corporate News Story

Oh look at you, the brains of the operation here. Do you know what the Republicans would have capped it at? NOTHING AT ALL. Do you know why the Democrats can't deliver the perfect policies you demand? Because they have to fight against the other side tooth and nail to get anything through at all. Do you think the Republicans would be forgiving student loan debt right now? News flash: hell no. Do you have complaints about the way loans are being forgiven, oh of that I have no doubt. Do you know why you have those complaints? Because the Republicans are always chipping away and fighting against at every good thing that happens.

You'd be that spoiled brat whose single mother comes home after working her ass off all day, and throws a fit because she made potato soup again when you wanted hamburgers, wouldn't you?

'If anything happens, it's not suicide': Boeing whistleblower's prediction before death

Your naiveness is super precious. You can't see someone with incredible amounts of wealth hiring someone else to make a problem go away?

OK! Next time, you should try a couple of Google searches before wasting all that time typing out nonsense. I didn't even finish the first page of search results, there were so many. And they are just the ones dumb enough to get caught.

"what should be an easy election" <- this is how we know you are campaigning for Trump. There is no such thing as an easy election. Since 1992, Democrats have won the popular vote in 7 out of 8 elections, but that didn't stop Bush from beating Gore, or Trump from beating Clinton.

lol, all your type does is talk about dems dems dems, not a single word about Republicans or how much worse they have proven to be when they are in office.

Trump said he would help Israel end the genocide, I guess that's what you want after all, right?

Trump gets name of his doctor wrong as he challenges Biden to cognitive test

Reply in thread

You can say what you said about ANY name, you realize this, right?. Bobby Smith, Robbie Smitts... Jackie Ford, Jenny Delford.

Sure, those names are close enough to get wrong if they are people you don't personally know. But Trump KNEW this person. Not only that, Trump is the one bringing the topic up.

If Robbie Smitts was the name of my doctor, and I'm going to go in front of a crowd and say "HAS ANYONE HEARD OF BOBBY SMITH, CONGRESSMAN FROM TEXAS? HE WAS THE WHITE HOUSE DOCTOR, A GOOD DR, ONE OF THE BEST DOCTORS, AND HE SAID I WAS THE HEALTHIEST PRESIDENT, HE FEELS, IN HISTORY"

And I do that right after I said "NJM1314 DOESNT EVEN KNOW WHAT THE WORD INFLATION MEANS, I CHALLENGE HIM TO TAKE A COGNITION TEST!"

Then yeah, I got the name wrong of someone I personally know while making fun of your cognitive abilities, and it's a story to write about.

There is no mindset keeping people from voting third party. It's impossible for anything but a two party system to result from a First Past the Post system. It's not a bug, as they say, it's a feature.

There is no momentum, it will always fail. Go to Wikipedia and look up the article "Political Parties in the United States". They have a chart showing the popular vote break down going back to Washington. Check out 232 years of history telling you how ineffective and useless it is to vote 3rd party in our current system.

You have to get rid of the Electoral College and FPTP FIRST, before a vote for an alternate candidate will ever have any meaning. This isn't my opinion. It's reality, and it's time you joined it.

Why don't you join a political party and start a grassroots campaign to replace First Past the Post?

Or maybe you already belong to a party, and are just trying to create apathy to prevent people from voting Democratic to ensure Trump gets re-elected?

You know what's funny? You calling him dumb, when it was probably someone exactly like you, with your subpar reading and comprehension skills, that made the clerical error showing his license was still suspended when it had actually been restored.

The attack on education has a lot of benefits for them, but high on the list: they dont want critical thinkers. They want people who can be manipulated into "voting 3rd party", or who can be lulled into apathy, so that they can enact Project 2025.

Teacher who resigned after her OnlyFans page was discovered says new employer fired her for violating social media policy

Reply in thread

Good on you for recognizing you were coming to conclusions based on your early conditioning/training. You should try to take it a little further. If you are going to make an enlightened decision about sex work, why go back to the puritan stone age by drawing comparisons to the Nazis or the KKK?

Like when you say you believe an employer has the right to choose their employees, I doubt you are saying you believe an employer has the right to not hire certain minorities. Or that they don't have to hire women if they don't want to deal with being short-handed during a pregnancy, you see where this is going I'm sure.

No shitty outcome should ever be expected.
