In case anyone seriously considers doing something like this, you should know that vandalizing or removing political yardsigns is a misdemeanor in every state and can carry fines of $1000 and up to 90 days in jail per sign.
Sharing the meme is pefectly legal though.

The thing they don't tell you about showing up to vote is that there often *are* sexy singles in your area.
Getting hit on at the polls is a great way to make voting even more uncomfortable.
Best to stick to polite chit chat, and otherwise avoid bothering people when they're voting.

It’s Impossible to Get Rid of a Tesla Cybertruck. I Want to Cut My Losses and Move On, but I Can't Give This Thing Away. I’ve Lost So Much Money Already; Help.
Between price drops and the cybertruck recently qualifying for the federal EV tax credit, buyers can get a brand new unit for what this guy is asking. This early adopter paid too much and got a bad deal, but there's no mystery as to why no one wants to buy at his asking price.

Time for a new cable or a clean
Step 1: clean out the lint from the charging port
Step 2: make sure you actually got all the lint out and there isn't any hiding to the side.
The sim ejector pin that used to come with phones can sometimes just barely fit between the center blade and connector housing. Otherwise a paperclip with a slight hook bent into the end can work well. Flosspicks work well to dig out the lint.
Also consider getting a wireless charger for nightly charging if your phone supports it.

USAID inspector fired after revealing nearly $500m in food aid was about to spoil

The United Nations collectively runs a lot of aid programs. The EU and China also independently run aid programs. The US is far from being the sole provider of aid.
Multiple countries provide aid, but all these programs always operate on tighter budgets than they would like. So a big contributor suddenly pulling out is going to leave gaps that are hard for other groups to fill on short notice. Even if the US needs to reduce aid spending to balance the budget, it should be done gradually with coordination of other groups to best preserve coverage. Acting impulsively leads to suffering that could potentially be avoided with a more level-headed change.

Alaska Airlines Grounds Fleet of Boeing 737 Max 9 Jets After Midair ‘Incident’
Interviewer: This airplane that was involved in the incident off Western Oregon this week...
Senator Collins: The one the door plug fell off?
Interviewer: Yeah.
Senator Collins: Yeah, that’s not very typical, I’d like to make that point.
Interviewer: Well, how was it un-typical?
Senator Collins: Well there are a lot of these airplanes going around the world all the time, and very seldom does anything like this happen. I just don’t want people thinking that 737 max 9's aren’t safe.
...
Senator Collins: Well, some of them are built so that the door plug doesn’t fall off at all.
Interviewer: Wasn’t this built so that the door plug wouldn’t fall off?
Senator Collins: Well, obviously not.
Interviewer: How do you know?
Senator Collins: Well, because the door plug fell off at 20,000 feet and all the air spilled out. It’s a bit of a giveaway. I’d just like to make the point that that is not normal.
Interviewer: Well what sort of engineering standards are these 737 MAX 9's built to?
Senator Collins: Oh, very rigorous aerospace engineering standards.
Interviewer: What sort of thing?
Senator Collins: Well, the door plug's not supposed to fall off for a start.
...
Interviewer: So the allegations that they’re just designed to carry as many passengers as possible no matter the consequences, I mean that’s ludicrous isn’t it?
Senator Collins: Absolutely ludicrous, these are very very strong vessels.
Interviewer: So what happened in this case?
Senator Collins: Well, the door fell off in this case by all means, but it’s very unusual.
Interviewer: But Senator Collins, why did the door plug fall off?
Senator Collins: Well air hit it.
Interviewer: Air hit it?
Senator Collins: Air hit the plane.
Interviewer: Is that unusual?
Senator Collins: Oh yeah. At altitude? Chance in a million!

The Government has created a portal to report on fellow Americans who espouse 'divisive ideologies' in education. Americans, you know what to do.
Remember when Trump motorboated Guliani in drag? That seems like dei that is worth reporting here.

Amazon exec says it’s time for workers to ‘disagree and commit’ to office return — “I don’t have data to back it up, but I know it’s better.”
Reply in thread
How do statements like that not spook investors? You're telling me that leadership in the world's largest internet hosting service are making decisions without collecting relevant data first, or worse, wilfully ignoring the data available that doesn't support their preference? That is not a good sign for the future growth of AWS.

My samsung phone does this level of overprocessing when taking pictures and I wish I could figure out how to turn that off.

Those coil heaters put out a lot of heat at full power. Once all the water evaporates, that heat raises the temperature of the pan very quickly.
Don't set a pot to boil and then go do something else in a different room, especially if that something else is playing age of empires.
