As someone who has done the breakup thing with someone I'm living with, and also broken up with someone after helping them find a new place to live (I used our cats not getting along as an excuse). I can say with no doubt in my mind that I preferred the situation where another place to live was found first. It's better for finances and it's better to give y'all time away from each other.

There are a few and especially imo one fuckin major downside though to moving then splitting: the splitting of the items. Living with someone post breakup you have way more time to start really taking inventory of what is yours. Depending on how cordial y'all are I've also seen it workout such that it COULD result in you remaining friends easier.

That being said, in my experience at least, that being friends by living together depends WAAAYY more on the person in question. Like I lived with an ex and it was fine but I've also lived with an ex and they were fuckin nuts sneaking into my room and looking through my shit all the time.

Disclaimer: My current situation is goofy bc me and the person I'm with are like back and forth on even wanting to date but we're so intertwined in each other's financial situations that like I can't decide if they wanna stay with me bc they actually like me or bc they're so concerned about not being able to afford life.

I do really see both sides to this. At the end of the day though getting away from one another is necessary 99% of the time. If you want to be friends you need time away from one another. Also, even if you've been with them a long time it's nearly impossible to tell how fuckin crazy a breakup will make someone.

2. That pistol cartridge is basically a .500 magnum out of a pretty small semi automatic hand cannon. Idk if you've ever shot a .500 magnum but it SUUUUUUUCKS. Gripping that thing as hard as you can without shaking it still kicks like a bull and hurts your wrists. Not to mention the magnum in game is a semi auto pistol and has a slide that reciprocates and is probably heavy as fuck.

3. idk when the last time you saw the magnum unloaded in Halo combat evolved but that thing is a laser beam. The follow up shots are pin point accurate and it looks like chief is just letting the recoil push back his hands for exactly how long it takes the slide to reciprocate.

4. Even with his insane strength you gotta imagine that, that cartridge has at LEAST 4000 J of energy. My man is feeling that energy push back on him one after another after another in pretty insane succession. Super strength or not it's gotta be easier on him to not fight it every step of the way when he's obviously capable of getting that follow up shot perfectly with almost no time wasted.

So this happened in November of 2018 apparently. The guy in the video is the YouTuber Flexxinruee (Rudy Ornelas). He's a barber mostly and I believe this happened in front of his business.

He says in the original video on his channel that this event happened in November of 2018 and he won the case in August of 2019 after using the video as evidence. He posted this video to his channel August 6th of 2019.

As far as what exactly he was charged with it wasn't exactly released. CBS news asked and the police didn't comment. He did have a "gun charge" according to a CBS article from 2019. It seems that any other charges were dropped before they got to court and the gun charge was the only one that remained.

The charge specifically was for the illegal transportation of a firearm. In California you can transport a firearm only in your trunk or in another locked area/container IF the firearm is unloaded. His had the magazine in it. That's all they got him on. He went to court to get the firearm back and I believe he had to take a firearms class.

The police captain also claimed the video didn't show the "conclusion" to the interaction where they claim he admitted he knows why the gun was drawn on him and he apologized. That being said they never released any dashcam or body cam footage to confirm that. It's just a buncha talk as far as I'm concerned. Rudy (the YouTuber) never said anything to that effect so ¯_(ツ)_/¯

About 4 months back he posted a video talking about the situation and answering the question of if he sued and explaining why he didn't sue. He mostly just said he wasn't sure the outcome would actually be positive and there's a lot of religion thrown in there about how Jesus kept the cops from shooting him etc.
