Totally agree with you. I struggle to use it because it doesn't function the way I expect it to when I am trying to edit something. Still have it installed anyways because it has decent gif support.

Same for me. Denvo killed me enjoyment of monster hunter world. Locked me out of the game when I tried playing it after a long break from the game. Being told I have to wait 24 hours before attempting to play a game I paid for was a quick way to get me to not want to buy any denuvo game.

I wonder if they would still hold that opinion if they were locked out of a game they paid $70 for, while the ones that got it for "free" can play it without any restrictions. Piracy is just as much a service issue as it is a money issue.

This will put pressure on studios that make E and T rated games with loot boxes (for example: Fifa). Now they have to decide between letting the game get bumped up to a M rating, losing initial sales of the game, or removing loot boxes and other gambling features.

Yes and no. It's your teammates that report you for playing "off-meta" stuff, and enough reports can possibly trigger the auto-mod system to temp ban you.

There are examples of subtle difficulty shifts too, such as RE4. The game will spawn more/less enemies and change drop rates based on player performance.
