Either those companies had some sort of partnership to have combined dealerships where you live because neither was large/popular enough to be sustainable alone. Or local dealerships combined independently of the manufacturer for the same reason.

The CPUs in Pixels are kind of average because google uses their own design. So a highend Qualcomm or the like, will be better.
