Air Canada accused of forcing man with cerebral palsy to drag himself off plane
As a wheelchair user who has the misfortune of needing to fly quite often: my go-to method when this happens (which is about 30% of the time) is to refuse to leave. That way, a nice bunch of burly security officers come and lift me off, saving me the days of pain that dragging myself on the floor causes.
It's awesome living in a society that doesn't give a shit.

Part of why internet search sucks is that many gave up trying in the face of Google.
I'm guessing your understanding skipped the part about the PageRank system
Yeah it's a monopoly now, but back then it was a couple of Stanford kids with a good idea on how to make search engines suck less by ranking web pages. And it worked.
But as always, with great power...
As an added bonus: if I recall correctly (which I may not, it was a while ago now), the hilarious thing is that despite its success, the original PageRank system was based on flawed maths :D

Called Bugout for a bug inpection, and the guy said i have mice in my attic. Told me this is a mouse pee stain. Is that right?
If there is pee, there will also be poo. Have a gander and see if you see any droppings. They're like little black pellets the shape of zeppelins (if you've ever had a hamster or gerbil, they're similar), if you can't find any I'd be very dubious about mice. In my experience from having them, you hear them scuttling at night. If you're worried, you can get humane traps for pretty cheap - definitely cheaper than an exterminator.

Have watched TOS - Enterprise. Will watching Discovery-SNW increase my enjoyment of Lower Decks?
SNW has a Lower Decks crossover episode, which is hilarious. Imo, SNW is essentially the only good characters taken from Discovery (which is fucking awful) and put in a far superior Trek. It's got the same "doesn't take itself too seriously while still addressing serious things" as some of the light-hearted Voyager/DS9 episodes.

Over the past while, our government has essentially turned our welfare system into a parody of the US's. This guy makes the most amazing Lego sculptures, and it's so fucking sad he's going through this.

Washington Post: Gaza reports more than 11,100 killed. That’s one out of every 200 people.
And when you consider that approx 47% of the population is (was) under 18, they really showed those ~5k kids!!

Interesting read of a former passenger aboard the missing sub, Titan.
I'm not sure which of all the potential scenarios they could be in are the worst.
Floating on the surface, seeing the hope of survival through the window whilst being able to do nothing about it; trapped on the ocean floor being able to see nothing but each breath; or the sinister creaking that forewarns sudden breach and implosion.
I'm just going to tell myself they've all turned pirate and made for the Carribbean. No tragedy here! No sireeee.

As much as I appreciate all that (vintage) Star Trek was trying to do, handling of a lot of women's issues were problematic or nonexistent.
I always thought the Ferengi attitude towards women was meant to be an extreme parody of existing attitudes, to demonstrate how ludicrous they are.
