Nebraska - optimistic. I figured probably 7-5 or 6-6. Now I'm thinking there's a real chance we can go 8-4 which would be dissapointing because that would mean we most likely lose to the 4 good teams on our schedule. . 9-3 or heck 10-2

Now, we really haven't played anyone yet but there was one instance in the ohio game and two during the Michigan state game. Where I said if was anything like years past we beat ourselves on that drive, whether it be turnovers or going 3 and out. And so far weve been doing what needs to be done. And not getting in our own way.

Indiana in two weeks is setting up to be our game of the year. And to find out what this team is actually made of. Oregon we may be facing our former QB who had a heck of game coming in for Dante Moore. And there's some animosity there

Genuinely not trying to be insulting and I don't follow Wisconsin closely but unlike Nebraska where we took. 20 year trip to the basement. It seems you guys have fallen hard and fast. What once was a very powerhouse of a program just seems to be in shambles. What's went wrong?

Gotta say as a die hard Nebraska fan. My enthusiasm before the season started was at an all time low. Didn't even listen to sports radio this summer for the first time in as long as I can remember.

Now with two games in I'm starting to get excited. I know we haven't played anyone but we're doing what needs to be done against teams like this and we've failed to do that for many years now.

For me 2007 Appalachian state @ Michigan. While the game itself made me laugh since Michigan lost in the big house to a bunch of overachieving hillbilly's.

What kept it hilarious all these years was a phone call. Back then I was a regular listener to Jim Rome on the radio for a few years. And every Friday before game day you would always have fans call in talking smack to one another.

I will never forget this call. A Michigan fan called in saying he wanted to remind app st fans that they are coming north to a more modern sophisticated society and that they should know that the urinals are not on fact drinking fountains.

That caller was mocked relentlessly for months on Jim's show and he played it after any Michigan fan would call in. But that following Monday was like the entire show was dedicated to completely eviscerating that caller

Every college football season there is some upset that reminds of that call. In this case it was Michigan again this weekend after they had a bs 1 second put back on the clock and won with a hail mary

Jason's voice in this is absolutely terrible, especially as he ends his sentences. Everything in the trailer sounded great except his voice. It was so off-putting and breaks emersion it's the only thing I could focus on. And I found myself getting more annoyed with it as the trailer went along.

Maybe it's filtered and we're not hearing his real voice. Or maybe the voice actor was talking into a box fan during his takes and started to walk away from the mic before finishing his lines whatever it is its ruined the trailer for me

Ok I know everyone said the same thing about Arthur in red dead redemption 2 but this is far worse. Arthur ended up being a great character . I dont know what's driving me crazy about it. Arthur lacked emotion.

As you can see H6 not only allows me to block the queen by being taken by the bishop or by the pawn.

Chesssigma is saying knight to H6 would have been better. If I would have done that. Queen could have taken pawn on G5 for free.

Although now I realize my queen could have protected the pawn. Didn't see that but to me the pawn move was the better option

So I've always been marvel fan. As far as DC goes, beyond Superman, Batman and a little green lantern my dc knowledge plummets outside of them. And I have some questions

First let me say I thought the movie was a solid 3.5 out of 5. I thought Milly Alcock gave the best possible performance she could. She played the role perfect. The plot I just found dijointed in places.

I love all Superman movies. The original Christopher Reeves, Snyders - man of steel and James Gunns Superman. Just so you know where I stand i don't have a dog in the fight in any of these.

With that said. When Snyder made man of steel and everyone was pissed that Superman killed Zod because Superman doesn't kill. It didn't bother me I understood why it had to be done. That's Snyders choice and I respect it.

So does Kara follow the same no kill policy in the comics as Superman because I question why she needed to in the movie with a sword nonetheless. Now here's where my lack of knowledge really drops.

The movie her powers seem to be all over the place and the brigand's I don't know what if any powers they have besides being alpha bro incel sex traffickers, which was fun to see them get their asses kicked for that reason alone. But the bad guy seemed to be an ant compared to her so that is why I question why he needed to die and by the sword. She's Kryptonian she could kill him just as easily with her bare hands or just have him imprisoned. There were many parts of the movie i did enjoy. That wasn't one of them.

Next lobo. I know nothing of him, even though I liked Superman comics I never read one with lobo in it. But I see everyone always hyping him up. I question what purpose does he actually serve in the movie besides just moving the plot forward. Just reading fans accounts of lobo I always got the legitimate impression he was a serious threat to Superman. So I question what makes him a villain and why was he used in the movie? He didn't seem that great. Just Mamoa doing Mamoa things

Edit - I forgot to add the only issue I have with gunns version of Superman is I don't like that he changed Supermans parents sending him to earth to conquer it. I don't know why it bothers me it just does.

Like for example, obviously I'm a sports fan, but through all of sports the one thing I love watching more than anything is great baseball pitchers. Watching how much movement they can put on a ball is just fun to watch.
