Statler and Waldorf movable figures as seen at Portland's Rose City Comic Con (more in post & comments)
I believe this is from this year's show, which ends later today.
Statler and Waldorf of course are two geriatric cranks who've been jeering the Muppet Show since 1975, safely ensconced in their upper-level box seats. They were named after two landmark NYC hotels, the Statler Hilton and the Waldorf-Astoria.
You can probably approximate the piece's overall dimensions from this closeup:
Credit to builder Caleb Sheard. Here's a video interview in which you can see all the great work he put in to the lighting:

Here it is from the Lego convention a few months ago.
Excellent; thank you!
I tried searching more pics from the convention but came up zippy. However, expanding the search turned up all kinds of other goodies!

This was from the Bricks Cascade convention so perhaps you can include that to find more photos.

Modified the title and added the builder name and video, thanks!
The miniature muppet figurines are perfection.
Oh hohohohoho
“Wow, these performances are worse than usual.”
“I know, I’ve never seen the frog act so plastic!”
I still want dinobot models based on the Fall of Cybertron designs.
