M4A is estimated to cost anywhere from $2.5-$3 trillion per year. So yeah, he's almost certainly lying but also even if not it's a huge bargain for the oligarch class.
So no money for Medicaid or Medicare, no money for like things that actually fucking matter but when it comes to a mass bribe apparently our economy is doing better than ever, good enough to where 5,000$ to everyone of the republicans win.
