Before markers squeeking, a slight wooshing from the markers flying up.
I only hear the music at that point.

Reboot first eh? Seems counterintuitive. Why's that?
First few seasons were made for younger children so you would have to sit through some fart jokes.
But the show improved a lot as their target audience grew and first episode of the reboot gives you an idea of where they are currently at.
After that it's easier to judge if you want to continue watching or not. I did same with adventure time and made things much better.

Overlap of snoring and door sounds. If you want to choose, snoring is more relevant for subtitling as it shows character state.
