Have you replaced any British words with their American versions?
I'm hellbent on being a relic. Currently railing against the proliferation of "store". SHOP ffs. I look forward to everyone going storing.

SOLVED: This apparently is a baking dish. Thrift store find for my wife. But why is there a hole in the side? What is it?

I'm not really disagreeing but there was also a big lie in the campaign putting out "we send the EU £50million a week. Let's fund our NHS instead" some people definitely bought into the nonsense.

Oh wow. Memory unlocked. We used to have a code word for "get me out of this interaction". The amount of times I've been the one to break off a conversation/situation with a man on behalf of my friends and the amount of time the interaction has been scary.
Luckily I'm old and invisible now.

Except apart from the proud ex BNP the motives for voting Reform seem to come from a scared impotent scarcity helplessness. It's a "all these immigrants taking my stuff and my opportunities and there isn't enough to go round" - if they're paid properly and the NHS works the far right is less appealing. 🤞

If you are not in a tech field, what got you into self-hosting?
I'm a disabled stay at home parent and this is something I can do at times of my own choosing. I've always been a bit interested. Taught myself HTML instead of going WYSIWYG back in the day type of person. I like Foss.
And it distracts me from play.m3o.xyz

Why do males complain about female-led stories or too many female characters when the majority are still dominated by males?

Bit like how when women reach a threshold of 30% 'airtime' the perception is that they're taking up over half of it. https://www.inc.com/jessica-stillman/adam-grant-communication-gender.html
