What is this object in the sky we observed while eating lunch
Seen passing through the sky while eating lunch. Too big to be a balloon in our opinion. It appears to be rotating or fluttering

It’s about 2-3mm in length. Central European location.
Located between patio slabs at a house in Southern California. Am looking to possibly replace it during the cosmetic repairs planned for the area. Even if I don't replace it, am wondering what this stuff is called and what it's supposed to do.
I drove by it yesterday and wondered about the weird bowling pin shape.
I remember he wore a yellow sweater.
My and ma friend got bored and was playing OpenGuesser or whatever and randomly came across this- our telepathic link instantly had the same thought anyway but wha the actual fudge is this.
I know it’s some sort of gas bottle, but I’m hoping someone can be more specific based on the brass tap on top.
I have been trying to identify this cylinder that I found on a walk. What could it's purpose be?
a friend gave it to me ±15 years ago. He thought it was impossible to get the ring out. Maybe it's faulty and they cut the rope shorter than they should have.
We don't know what this is 🤷
a baby toy?
Few weeks edit; new pictures attached. I recognise it but plantnet didn't seem very confident
Coming up in my garden right next to some forest (primarily oak mixed with beech, birch, maple) in southwest Sweden. Last year i dug the area out and removed (most) roots. Not much came up but this little sprout. I suppose it could be roots reaching in from the adjacent forest.
Looks like something has been cleaning my garden table :)
Any idea what did this? I live in western/central-ish europe.
They were on all of them in the intersection, four sets
It's in one of the elevators in my apartment building. I guess the LA is the Los Angeles "logo", but no idea what the she and t is, tried searching "shelat" but that doesn't really give any results other than it's an indian name.
It looks like it would fit loosely on a wrist. Not stretchy material but it can be tightened/adjusted.
