Right now there isn’t enough information to conclude that the drive is “bricked”.

sg_format on a SAS drive with DIF enabled can absolutely make the disk temporarily unusable to the OS if the format parameters no longer match what the HBA/driver expects, but that is very different from a dead drive.

To make any determination, more data is required. At minimum (boot with a live Linux USB drive if you are unable to get to this information):

Please provide verbatim output from:

• dmesg -T (from boot and when the drive is detected)
• sblk -o NAME,MODEL,SIZE,PHY-SeC,LOG-SeC
• fdisk -l /dev/sdX
• sg_inq /dev/sdX
• sg_readcap -l /dev/sdX
• sg_modes -a /dev/sdX

Also specify:

• Exact drive model
• HBA model and firmware
• Kernel version / distro
• Whether the controller supports DIF/DIX (T10 PI)
• Whether other identical drives still work in the same slot/cable

Common possibilities (none can be confirmed without logs):

• Drive formatted with DIF enabled but HBA/OS not configured for it
• Logical/physical block size mismatch (e.g. 520/528 vs 512/4096)
• Format still in progress or left the drive in a non-ready state
• Mode pages changed that Linux does not like by default

Things that are usually recoverable on SAS drives:

• Re-formatting with correct sector size and DIF disabled
• Clearing protection information
• Power-cycling the drive after format completion
• Formatting from a controller that fully supports the drive’s feature set

Actual permanent bricking from sg_format alone is rare unless firmware flashing or vendor-specific commands were involved.

Until logs are posted, all anyone can honestly say is:

The drive is not currently usable, but there is no evidence yet that it is permanently damaged.

If you can share this information it might be possible to get the drive back online, though I make no promises.

It could also be something less alarming, like cellular repeaters inside the building. Many buildings use these to boost indoor coverage when concrete and steel block signals from outside towers, and that might explain why your phone flagged multiple connections so quickly. I’m not ruling out the possibility of a rogue tower or IMSI catcher, but it’s worth considering that the alerts could simply be repeaters being picked up by this new warning feature. Either way, it’s good that your phone is making you aware — at least now you know when unusual connections happen.

vitamin b is water soluble, so all the excess should just come out when you pee, however vitamin b is also used in energy drinks and energy products because it "wakes you up", so it could very well just be a side affect of this.

Leave a gap between the concrete and the siding, so that the water can run away/evaporate before it reaches the wood. Also make sure that the water flows away from the siding when it rains, and not up against it.

There should be a small slope away from the siding, so the water is not retained there, but leads away to avoid further damage to the siding/construction.

In Norway where I live, all houses have a clearing of 2-3 cm at least between the concrete and wood, and the floor is made so the water runs away from the building to avoid exactly this issue, because of the amount of rain and sometimes melted snow during the seasons. It's part of the building code for houses.

Best of luck to you in getting this sorted out, make sure you get all the damaged parts out, so you avoid secret problems later on.

forcing a shutdown or removing and installing the battery, will ensure that the laptop is indeed shut down and not just halting during the shutdown process.

if you still have the same issue after this test I would guess your battery is dying, but if not you know that the issue is a software and not a hardware problem..

If you download Good Lock (https://apps.samsung.com/appquery/appDetail.as?appId=com.samsung.android.goodlock), you can still modify this through the Home Up add-on, along with many other tweaks and settings. I've almost managed to restore it to how it was before One UI 7 using these tools.

While what Samsung did isn't ideal, at least there's a solution for some of the changes at least.

Subtitles are not always simple text files in the source. They can come in various formats like SRT, WebVTT, Teletext, and VobSub—if they are present at all.

To integrate them into WebM, you must first determine if they exist, ensure they have the correct language tags (and tag them properly if they don’t), then extract them, convert them into a format compatible with the player, and finally remux them alongside the video and audio. This process can easily fail in an automated workflow if any of these conditions are unmet or if the subtitle format is incompatible.

Given this complexity, it’s understandable why many choose to avoid the effort rather than addressing whether WebM supports subtitles.

I am not defending anyone, but the process of it all makes it understandable, at least for me.

I do not work there, just referenced the terms of conditions from their website, so you need to ask them the questions, but I think having a 1Gb connection with 30TB of seeding will eat up that pretty fast either way and also cause a mayhem of incoming connections, so it can hardly be considered private use (based on their definition)

probably the disk UUID has changed because of the path to the NVMe vs SSD. If you use partition UUID, they will be exactly the same, but the UUID of the physical disk is not cloned, as it is a identifier of the physical device and not it's content.

change it to partition UUID and it will boot.

it depends on the people you ask, there is no rule or right way to do anything, at least not as I have discovered so far, so correct me if I am wrong.

a lot of the frustration and overwhelming you feel now, could be because your body reacts to being off the medicine and it needs some time to adjust before it's back to normal. it's a tough period, but it will get better, at least that's my experience when going off certain medicine.

I have no medical training so this is just my experience, and if you feel unsure or unsafe, please contact the nearest medical service to get help.

have you checked the side effects of vitamin b? seems like you are experiencing several of those, but it is almost impossible to "overdose" vitamin b since it is not stored in the fat cells like for instance vitamin d does.

Some of the side effects listed below:
