This is a great example of how much the perspective of these folks is badly warped by the misinformation they consume as part of a regular diet.

Indeed, in the run-up to the election, fact-checkers were decried as "biased" against the right. The logical extension of this philosophy has led to a distrust of any kind of fact-checking process.
