Doing pretty well! At this point it's been over a year since I came over in the third-party app exodus and it's been great. Haven't really looked back all that much.

I'm glad to have picked this instance for my main account since it's local to me, isn't heavy handed with defederation (I like to watch the crazies from a safe distance) and performance has generally been good.

Outside of Lemmy things are pretty chill, no major complaints and my birthday is on Saturday, so it should be a good weekend :)

This rule was never going to be enforceable, and would only create more bad media for the league. Very glad they went ahead and walked it back quickly, hockey is for everyone and players should be able to represent that however they want!

My understanding is that it's due (at least in part) to some pretty aggressive censorship that's been going on over there. Especially with regard to Luigi and related topics.

I'm also curious to hear if I'm wrong or if there's other stuff at play too

I miss my Pebble Time Round every day, it's the only smart watch that I owned that I actually liked. I even bought a second and got it running via Rebble.

They both died due to a swollen battery but I've been pining for something similar for years! Hope this pans out

Glad to be part of the trend! Recently converted my 12 year old MacBook Pro to Fedora and it's running incredibly well. Have used command line Linux for work for years, but have really been enjoying it with a GUI in a desktop setting.

I do believe that is Monster Hunter: World. Great game!

I've been using a 6700XT paired with a 5800X3D for the past few months and it's been an absolute monster at 1080p 144hz. Highly recommend it!

Only issue I've had is a bit of coil whine, but it's inconsistent and I don't notice it with my headphones on.

The Disaster Artist is a great watch as well once you're familiar with The Room!

Just chiming in with another thank you for this as well as everything else you do! The difference is super noticeable, and makes the experience a lot better.

I thought about trying but decided it wasn't worth it. IIRC there was like ONE guy who had the batteries and could do it if you mailed it to him lol.

All on I actually bought 4 time rounds in addition to my OG Pebble, as my wife had two as well. She's just as stoked as I am. Big Pebble fans all around!
