"Above all, love each other deeply, because love covers over a multitude of sins."

And when Jesus was asked what the greatest of the commandments was:

"The most important one is this: Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength.’ The second is this: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’ There is no commandment greater than these”

yep, Jesus really was a liberal hippy cuck

Is there a list of instances that support free speech?

despite what "free speech" absolutists would like to believe, the vast majority of the world does not wish to tolerate hate, racism, and bigotry. refusing to accept these is not suppression, it's maintaining healthy and welcoming communities.

it's no different than swimming pools having a basic "no shitting in the pool" policy. if you want to shit in the pool, you are going to have to go swim with others that are ok with swimming in shitty water.

with that said, I hear exploding-heads may be what you're looking for

Too slow at running 5K after C25K

I started similarly and I think the simple answer is "run more".

It was not long after I reached the point I think you are at when I reached the magical "I can run at an easy pace forever!" I started pushing greater distances instead of speed and I got a lot faster as a result.

There are specific programs for each distance to decrease your times and prepare for a race, but they all kind of assume you can run several miles at an easy pace already.

Enjoy your new hobby!

“The growth of the Internet will slow drastically, as the flaw in ‘Metcalfe’s law’—which states that the number of potential connections in a network is proportional to the square of the number of participants—becomes apparent: most people have nothing to say to each other! By 2005 or so, it will become clear that the Internet’s impact on the economy has been no greater than the fax machine’s.”

Yellow declares bankruptcy

The heads of this company applied for and received 700 million dollars of taxpayer money 3 years ago.

The writing was already on the wall. They changed nothing after receiving that "loan", and likely even accelerated Yellow's demise.

Rich assholes once again scamming the working class and will bear no consequence at all
