I lost a lot of weight, and I am so happy. This is my go to. My default meals for the next couple of months and currently go like this.

Breakfast: Eggs + Sardines (when I have them) + Barley mixed with blueberries and kefir.

Lunch/Dinner (1 of the 2): Sardines (when I have them), stewed chicken (thigh or breast) with greens (spinach) made with either birds eye or jalapeno chillis + buttermilk with blueberries for dessert.

I just got off lentils which I was on for months after the bloat/gas became too much to handle. Simple food rules.

I was all in. Quit Twitter around 2015 when it started getting ultra toxic. Quit Reddit when 3rd party apps were killed.

To me, I think they have spent years and years coordinating (not just in Germany) with other right-wing parties, tried and tested propaganda mechanics, nailed the language, the target audience, sold the product properly and their target audience responded. The majority of voters who take to this are individuals who often feel disenfranchised by minorities (including immigrants), have limited (if any) tertiary education so they are not critical thinkers, have been led to believe that their current status is because of other forms of government and people not of our liking, and not their lack of education, skillsets etc and so on. This has been used very well in other regions including Africa (Tanzania, Zimbabwe, Kenya, Uganda, Senegal), South America (see Colombia incoming, Argentina, Chile, Ecuador, Bolivia), Asia (India, Japan, South Korea, Philippines, Thailand) and so on.

Civic education left the building a long time ago and is no longer encouraged.

Never got the appeal of these ones. They aren't bad shows, but they did not do it for me.

Yup, by a semi-high level military dude working at the Pentagon, I kid you not. I got a visit from his boss who apologized and ordered him with an official document that was verbally read to me to not have any contact with me, a 50 bucks gift card and a few months later they transferred him to some random place in Kentucky or Nebraska or something like that. He had been pulling that line all over Pentagon City, Crystal City and Arlington in general and people complained. Had the nicest wife, but he was just a massive asshole.
