Maryland bill would force gun owners to get $300K liability insurance to wear or carry
I'm not very opinionated on guns tbh, but I do think this only makes it more difficult for poor people. I'm not sure I agree with that.

I'm sure some of them are idiots. I'm also sure there are some people who needed a car to work, catalytic converter went out and they needed to find the cheapest possible way to pass emissions and keep getting to work.
I know that because I'm about to drop a thousand or 2 on my catalytic converter, which I'll have to install myself to save money, to pass emissions. Luckily, I can budget well and every car repair known to man is on YouTube

Oh yeah, the sort here kind of sucks. Also just using the site, you lose your place/sort if you click into a link or the comments. Like, if I'm on page 2 of Top 6 Hours, click a link, and then click back into the scroll.. pretty sure I just see the first page of Active again until I either refresh or change pages.
That could definitely be improved as well.

I hate to say it, but even if somehow the top 1% or .1% disappeared, we'd probably stay on the same trajectory.

Oklahoma proposal would make watching porn a felony, ban sexting outside marriage
he bill, set to be introduced next month by state Sen. Dusty Deevers (R-Elgin), would prohibit consuming or producing sexual content that “lacks serious literary, artistic, educational, political, or scientific purposes or value” in any medium.
Deevers, a Baptist pastor who was elected last year to represent a rural district that includes the tiny cities of Comanche (population under 1,400) and Elgin (about 3,700),
So some backwater representative is proposing something that will never go anywhere. I bet stupid bills like this are proposed weekly.

The Superbowl is nothing more than watching rich people fight over a ball while companies spend obscene amounts of money to blast advertisements at you.
Life is nothing more than sleeping, shitting and dying.
You can attach that pessimism to anything... But in reality, the Superbowl is a celebration and something millions of people to look forward to. It brings a large group of people excitement and half of them happiness
Why take that away?

I would have not thought of Elden Ring with this description. Maybe I played it to early and it got cleaned up a bit?

oh yeah, I'm just responding to it?
but, when you cut down shit to something like "Star Trek is just a bunch of rich people role playing for nerds" or something... I do think there is subtle disparagement, right? Doesn't mean it's wrong to have an opinion.
