They're closing in on alternative ROMs with their fucking shitty device integrity checks, I'm afraid it's only getting worse. I literally had to switch back to stock Android because none of the e-government apps of the country I live in NOR two out of my three banks work on /e/. Literally impossible to participate in society unless I sell my soul to Google, sadly.

I really hope we're able to fight back and win the war.

USB-A is still in wide use, it's what most people just call USB, it's the non-reversible one that most thumbdrives use.

USB-B (which includes mini-USB and micro-USB, among others) is being slowly phased put in favour of USB-C

Thinking communism is not democratic means capitalist propaganda got to you. Communism is completely community driven (how else would workers own the means of production?) and built on consensus and direct democracy

I like SimplyTranslate from F-Droid and RTranslate from GitHub. The second one also has a really cool live conversation mode where it can, through voice detection and TTS, interpret back and forth between two people.
