You can buy cans of just corn in water. Those are mostly full of corn, with water filling the space between. Creamed corn is a whole other thing, and while it has some corn kernels in it, it's mostly meant to be eaten as-is or used as-is in a recipe. The liquid in creamed corn is not meant to be discarded.

This already been solved by public key cryptography? Sign the video with your private key, and publish the public key. Anyone can prove that the video is valid. To prove that the public key is valid, anyone can encrypt a message with it and asked for verification.

Southern Michigan here. There may have been places charging for them, but they were readily available from lots of places for free. In our area county health departments, local pharmacies, and most hospitals were all doing free vaccines and boosters.
