How long has it been since you updated uBlock? If I go about 2 weeks without restarting Firefox, they start showing up for me. A quick restart of FF and updating uBlock has always worked for me.

If you want to keep this phone for a few years, I'd suggest the S23. It's got 3 years of OS updates and 4 years of security patches and the others are likely to have battery issues in the next year or two(especially the S22, it has known battery drain problems already). Having the Snapdragon on the S23 will almost guarantee you'll be able to install custom ROMs beyond the end of Samsung official support, as well.

Depending on the tablet, you might not be able to unlock the bootloader. I have a Chinese Lenovo model Y770 that's not unlockable.

You can always remove your google account from the tablet and install Aurora Store and f-droid to keep google from tracking what you're using. Every step in the right direction is a step away from google.

Using Open Street Maps, Mull, Brave, librewolf, various proton apps or whatever you prefer will let you get away from the built in google stuff.

I say don't use NA wine, as it's usually pretty low quality and might negatively affect the flavor. Use a good vinegar and water. My sister who is sober does a 3:1 water to vinegar ratio.
