SEGA Might Release a New Retro Handheld, Cartridges and All

I saved up and bought a Game Gear as a kid. But Mortal Kombat II eventually angered me so much one day that I smacked the front of the GG after losing to Johnny Cage. Screen went dark. No longer turned on. I mailed it to Sega for repair, and they sent it back saying nothing was wrong. Somehow during shipping, whatever I knocked loose got knocked back into working order. Magic console.

Trump Freaks Out Over Epstein Emails in Furious Rant

Completely agree on going with the original source. But to be fair, sites like Yahoo and MSN syndicate the vast majority of their content from other news sources like The New Republic, BBC, ABC, etc., meaning they pay to host it on their pages with a wrapper/credit. They're not linkjacking or stealing it in cases like this.

What personal dramas have you witnessed with/among your fellow players while gaming?

Once upon a time I ran a clan in a popular PvE/PvP co-op FPS alien shooter (still going, but has lost its magic). We had a few kinda well-known actors in the group. Shooting aliens one day and bullshitting with one when he gets a call that his best friend and fellow actor/writer OD'ed last night. He didn't leave, and there wasn't anything I could say. We shot aliens in silence for quite a while.

Hardspace: Shipbreaker now on GOG

Loved this game, though I really hope the studio gets to expand on that genre, storyline, and environment. Very enjoyable for what it is, but I want more! Would love for a future story to take you outside of that shipyard, more like you're running an independent derelict salvage operation, traveling around star systems searching for your next score (i.e. early Firefly).

With Induction Stoves, Chefs Discover a Foolproof Path to Perfection | From Michelin kitchens to home wok burners, induction delivers consistency that gas can’t match

As great as the improvements have been, I've still not seen an alternative that can compete with gas when it comes to tilting a pan or wok. Losing heat every time you lose direct, flat contact is so frustrating for certain cooking styles. Also being able to roast (and not fully bake) a pepper over the flames is so helpful. If an alternative could do those two things, I'd be very excited.

How is it possible that Bungie didn't get in real legal trouble due to all that "vaulting" bullshit during Destiny 2?

"...still well and alive..." Ouch.

They also had plenty of trouble because of it. They were sued by a writer who claimed they stole their original D2 "Red War" story from him. D2 and its backend have changed so much that Bungie can't actually produce a playable version to show this content in court, and the court ruled that YouTube videos will not suffice. Unable to defend the claims.
