People say cars give you freedom and while in a lot of places that you can't get anywhere without one by design that may be true, being able to get around under your own power has always felt like freedom to me.

Yup, that's the problem. If you run 5 miles you burn about 500 calories. Hardly enough to make up for even the fries in the meal. A lot of people overestimate calories burnt and underestimate calories consumed.

A bit of exercise every day is good for your heart, lungs, circulatory system etc. but it won't make up to overcome an otherwise sedentary lifestyle if you don't change your diet.

Elon Musk appearance at Valorant Champions tournament met with boos, crowd chanting 'Bring back Twitter'

Maybe. But the fact is that it was used by people in uprisings. It is a powerful tool for the people. There is a reason why wealthy people from the middle east backed and funded musk taking it over. They wanted to take away a tool used by the people in revolution.

It probably contributed to a lot of stupidity and human suffering, but it also could have been used to great effect if us common folk could have learned to wield it appropriately. The rich and powerful were afraid of it, that alone should tell you that it's death is a bad thing.

Sent to a shelter when his owner became homeless. That's the thing that scares me the most for my cat. She's so sensitive and scared of everything except for me it would break her little heart.

Educate yourself.

No. I've come to terms with who I am and even like some aspects of it that I would miss so I wouldn't give it up if I had the choice, but it's a disability for me, has been a very hard struggle, and I don't even have it as severe as some. I wouldn't wish this on more people. (Unless it was 100% of people because most of the struggles I have with the tism come from trying to live in a world designed by NTs that probably wouldn't exist in a world where everyone had tism)

Kids who use ChatGPT as a study assistant do worse on tests

Like any tool, it depends how you use it. I have been learning a lot of math recently and have been chatting with AI to increase my understanding of the concepts. There are times when the textbook shows some steps that I don't understand why they're happening and I've questioned AI about it. Sometimes it takes a few tries of asking until you figure out the right question to ask to get the right answer you need, but that process of thinking helps you along the way anyways by crystallizing in your brain what exactly it is that you don't understand.

I have found it to be a very helpful tool in my educational path. However I am learning things because I want to understand them, not because I have to pass a test and that determination in me to want to understand is a big difference. Just getting hints to help you solve the problem might not really help in the long run, but it you're actually curious about what you're learning and focus on getting a deeper understanding of why and how something works rather than just getting the right answer, it can be a very useful tool.
