Yes. They're called proxies. Some people are fine with it, some aren't. It's not legal in tournaments obviously but some communities/syles like CEDH are fine with it.

I believe the actual reasoning is that that amendment only applies to "officers of the us government", which the president is not... which is a stupid technicality...

My thought was more that one side of the mini laptop has a keyboard and the other a track pad. You kind of need to be able to use both at once and the screen is typically at one end, not in the center. It sitting on a keyboard is weird but also works for showing the scale so looks cool.

If energy drinks and tea weren't a thing then yeah... but they are so I'm guessing not really. Then again if coffee were the only caffeine option I probably wouldn't have a caffeine addiction...

Oh that's an adhd thing... had no idea. I guess that explains my language difficulties though.

Oh I know I have adhd, no doubt about that, though I'm not diagnosed. I just didn't realize that this was a symptom.
