I just look at them with pity. They are so addicted and I don't think they really bothered to know all the details. Because if you read Apollo's side of the story, it's blatant that the whole thing was designed to get rid of third party apps. Expecting small devs to come up with 20mil with a month's heads up is unreasonable no matter how you try to look at it (I don't know why they even bothered with the whole 20mil pricetag).
Also, to be honest, they're most likely teenagers who don't have an understanding of how real life works. It's evident when you see things like LPT and Showerthoughts posts getting dumber and dumber and more sex/penis obsessed.
That said, leave them behind now. I think we were hooked Reddit for its rage scrolling. It's toxic but I think we have grown out of that now that it's so broken. They can stay toxic over there. Leave your rage there too. Don't look back.
