I heard this week of Dolly Parton's passing, and in one of the radio shows they mentioned that she inspired the origins of drag shows.

That right there (true or fiction) show say something about what drag shows are. There's good in everything we do as a society... Even in coffee... That dirt muck substance other drink because they see people drinking it.

But drag shows are much easier to understand and love.. The colors, the environment, the lights. Those things evoke charisma, kink, inspiration, pride.

Don't like it? Don't go. Easy as that. I used to go to church. I never liked it, so I don't go. I don't like coffee, so I simply don't drink it.

Our school had apple IIe's and I turned out just fine. Don't be distracted by what other people or things can do or look like. You are there to put knowledge in your brain that can help you survive the rest of your life. That's your goal and a shiny computer is not the only thing that's going to get that to happen. A shiny computer isn't even close to being a thing that adds new knowledge to your mind. It is simply a way to pose new knowledge for you to read and learn.... Just as much as a bike can take you to the library and a librarian can point you to a book about gardening.... Nothing will happen until you read the words about gardening and learn what gardening is.

Again... Not about the price or innovation. I assume that you're a student. So my suggestion is that you don't look at it as an awesome thing but as a tool to learn awesome things with.

I'm an engineer. I don't look at a computer with any sort of impressive response. I use the computers I have at my disposal to their max capacity.

For example, I have a 90+ core system with 200+ gb of ram specifically for finite element analysis using PrePoMax an open-source FEA program. No movies or entertainment games or anything to be impressed about. Just members in, numbers out. That's all there's to it.

My other computer is much less impressive and its for CAD, presentations, documentation and research. I'm just saying, they're tools. It's not like having a sound at home that you can ride

I eat apples because they taste sweet. Same for other fruit. I like beans and soups for their taste, texture, aroma and nutritional value... They make my tummy happy.

Coffee on the otherhand tastes awful, smells like ball bearing grease and look like rust behind the toilet bowl. Why do people drink that? Plus it is sometimes hot like lava and sometimes cold. If you don't drink it, your tummy hurts for it. If you drink it you mind runs crazy and your heartbeat is not steady. It's a piece of shit in all sorts of ways. Doctors try to get money by telling us how a cup a day affects our life. But outside in nature there are so many much more appealing things to make into a drink... Why focus on coffee? Heck pistachios can be blended into a really good tasting drink.

So by percentage I'm more male than someone who is sircumsized! LOL. Hold on I gotta suck this coc... oanut yes, people suck cocoanuts. No I didn't have a Freudian slip, I got all my foreskin, why would I.
