Took newtraditionalists advice about mixing avocado, lemon and curry. Made guacamole with curry powder to top my falafel wrap. Om to the nom. Curry a little hidden but noticeable, will add a little more next time.

1 large Haas avocado

1/2 small sweet onion finely diced

1/2 medium jalapeño finely diced

1/2 clove garlic finely diced

Three squeezes of a lemon

Three shakes salt

Five shakes curry powder

Cut avocado and place in bowl, put rest of ingredients on top, mix well, refrigerate 1 hour

Just did it!
