Not that anyone asked but lately ive been loving avocado with lemon juice and curry powder! Easy and delicious. If you have the will you can bloom the curry in some fat first too.
Lemon on avocado is a regular combo for me, either lemon juice or lemon pepper. I think a lemon curry humus would go well with avocado in a wrap. Hmm, maybe next shopping trip.
