Rsyslog comes standard on most if not all Linux distros, I'm willing to bet most people here have at least heard of it, or use/have used it in the past, especially if you're a sysadmin. Much easier said than done. Most countries only let you immigrate if you have some marketable skill, or lots of money, and nobody is accepting asylum cases from the US. Most of us are stuck here.
