CEO of UnitedHealthcare fatally shot outside of NYC hotel, source says

Be careful talking about legal things that can happen as MODS WILL ERASE YOUR COMMENTS ABOUT IT, and state it is against TOS even though it is not a call for violence, not an attack on users or groups, discrimination against anyone, isn't doxing, has nothing to do with privacy, is not a system disruption, is not illegal content, is not violent content, is not misinformation, nor is it doing harm. JURY NULLIFICATION IS NOT AGAINST TOS nor IS saying TEMPORARY INSANITY PLEA against TOS. IF MODS DO DELETE this please tell me which part of TOS any of this goes against? Edit: jury nullification is : "refusal of a jury to find a defendant guilty even with established guilt, because a conclusion that conviction would be contrary to some other concept of justice." Temporary insanity plea means: the defendant was mentally unstable when the crime took place. None of these endorse violence or are saying what the person did is correct. It is just saying that in this instance the defendant shouldn't be punished for their actions.

Why is Valve being sued for almost $900 million, but Epic Games wasn't sued when they bought Rocket League and Fall Guys to remove them from steam?

I personal want a store that is native Linux. I have yet to find a store that does it better, no matter your OS. Epic, GOG, Amazon, ubisoft, and Xbox gamepass do not support or have a native Linux programs and require using Wine/proton to access their stores. Having an extra layer on top makes it hard to install games as all of them are expecting a C:/ that is just how any Linux OSes work.

ironic rule

The funny thing is that the law states "a foreign adversary controlled application" is what is getting banned, e.i. all Chinese apps are being banned. It doesn't state that it is a TikTok ban. All apps owned by a foreign adversary say all Russian apps or all Iran apps would also be banned under this law. The people that are upset are only looking at one app, it is all of owned not by a US company that are in danger.

Whats your take? Creepy or not?

Here's what I see: she said you are stalking her and being creepy, you explain why it's not. In her head you ignored it, so she got her friend involved to tell you the same thing, you ignored it again. Now she panics because two people have told you the same thing and you have ignored both people. From her perspective you are a danger, regardless if you are or not, which is why she denied sending her friend to text you. It is something to remember for the future, if two people say the same thing it should be looked into as it could be true. I have lived with Autistic people that have trouble with social cues, so I have some idea of what went wrong.
