r/gaming public again for community input
I am hoping subs go indefinite or stop moderation altogether, which might do more than just going dark. Seems like not much has changed with the 48 hour protest

So, what's stopping you from getting a foldable? [Poll]
Price. It's just too high to consider for me right now when I can get phones with the same computing power for half the cost

Reddit's API protest just got even more NSFW
Is reddits already public or what is going in with the IPO right now?

FPS titles with great environmental world-building? e.g. Alien: Isolation, Metro, DOOM '16, even Portal 2 counts -- games that feel like real, lived-in places and not just a series of arenas.
Plugging the metro series

Nintendo Switch has sold 129.53 million units. The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom has sold 18.51 million units as of June 2023
Those numbers for TOTK are insane considering Zelda's past numbers

What are you playing this week? (2023.07.10)
Jedi Survivor, really enjoying it feels like they've improved majority of gripes I had with the first one

Steam data shows almost no one plays Halo Infinite anymore | Neowin
I enjoyed the single player for what is was even if I found the story and major moments in it a bit lackluster (although the gameplay is really good). But the multiplayer just didn't grab me, I've played more halo 3 and reach that infinite in the time that infinite came out.

Index cards Errata
I'm new to most of this is the errata more of a error fixing update or a balance update?

I just finished subnautica like 2 weeks ago, really enjoyable atmospheric game. My only gripe is it got a bit resource gathering/grindy getting to the mid/ late game

So much nostalgia
I remember I got to borrow my cousin's GameCube when I was younger and played through Tony Hawks Underground multiple times on it. Good memories

Sekiro endings
Definitely wouldn't be Shura ending, I feel you miss out on too much of the game

Button to return to the top of feed?
If you do a small scroll up (like a 2cm drag down on the screen if that makes sense) the top bar should show and the three dots menu has a back to top button. I'm on 0.10.7 of liftoff

Sekiro is the greatest game I’ve ever played
Recently started a replay of sekiro and it funny how much if the game sticks with you and found it a lot easier this time around as I understood the deflect mechanic from the get go. It's such a good game although I'm more privy to Bloodborne over it

Boltgun: New patch just dropped. Lots of quality of life improvements, bug fixes, and most importantly, the game is now fully playable on Steam Deck!
Good to see the qol the purge filter particularly as I find it a bit distracting but living the game so far

I haven't actually noticed much jank on the 60fps mode it might drop a frame every once and a while but never so much that my enjoyment is hindered. Majority of the time for me anyway it runs grand

[MEGATHREAD] What did you buy in the Steam Summer Sale?
I've been getting into Warhammer lately so picked up boltgun and battlefleet gothic armada 2. Both very fun actually and definitely recommend

anyone else just hate how big GPUs are getting?
Even my 1650 super felt big ad I was slightly worried it wouldn't fit when I first got it

Oh it wasn't a why bother question. I meant as in like guides or equipment you read up on before starting. It's sounds interesting to do

Favourite game music?
From recent memory frostpunk has some great tracks and signalis is another where the music is just so haunting and really adds to the game
