tbf i didn't actually stop using redditisfun. I followed the guide to patching RIF with revanced which changes the user agent of the app to hide from reddit that you're using redditisfun

Gonna plug revanced here, too, since i already had revanced because i use it to have adfree YouTube and YouTube music with unlimited skips. Been using it since it was called vanced, when they just shared modified APKs. Then Google shut them down with a cease and desist letter so revanced was born. It's a system for patching apps yourself which gives the developers a bit more legal cover.

His message is hateful and harmful and pro far right, which is exactly where the interests of Russia and maga align. You could be part of a Russian farm trying to spread the message for all I know. The targeted payload of influence you're trying to spread isn't "Andrew Tate good" the message is "lots of people are paying attention to Andrew Tate." The thing is i never hear shit about Andrew Tate. I hear people saying "other people are paying attention to this." And I'm taking the bait by even responding to this when I know it's better to just ghost and ignore things like this.

Revanced is a tool some people made to patch apps. It was built to be a successor to vanced which was when basically they distributed modded adfree YouTube APKs. Google sent them a cease and desist, so they built a tool to mod apps yourself.
