So Donald Trump Is Declaring War On US Cities Based On Fake Fox News Footage And Nonsense His ‘People’ Tell Him
In any sane administration this would be grounds for removal via the 25th amendment. Does he literally need to be comatose before anyone there starts pushing this?

Trump allies plan Senate floor takeover to pass SAVE America Act
They still need 60 votes to pass it and that just isn't going to happen without major concessions. If they make the ID free and automatically issue it to all registered voters and make election day a national holiday then it may have a snowballs chance at getting through

Biden cancels student loans for another 150,000 borrowers
Reply in thread
You're right, these are all existing programs that Biden's following. I don't think he deserves a round of applause for doing the bare minimum, but we know that Trump will either try to skirt around these programs or remove them completely.
This will likely be the last bit of loan forgiveness we see for the next 4 years.

I feel like if asbestos was banned today there'd be a huge pro-asbestos movement

Most lab tops today are not asbestos based. There's plenty of 40 plus year old ones still around that are and as long as you don't break them they're perfectly fine. But newer tops are all either epoxy or phenolic resin based.

is the fix already in in georgia trial
According to this article it won't go into effect until next year. So it shouldn't impact this case but I could see it misused as retribution https://www.google.com/amp/s/amp.theguardian.com/us-news/2023/may/05/georgia-brian-kemp-bill-remove-local-prosecutors

I think the way to do these on a table saw would be to use a tapering jig with the blade set at 90 degrees to get the rough shape. That would allow you to flip one to get a mirrored version. Then tilt your blade and run them through again using a bevel jig that saddles over the fence
