If I had to guess it's the microtransactions designed to squeeze every cent from their players. This game has an insane cost and it's not just cosmetics. They lock characters behind microtransactions. I bought overwatch one, they ended it, and have me Overwatch 2: athe Money Grab!

More than one-third of millennials believe they won’t get a dime of Social Security when they retire, so they’re taking matters into their own hands

I'm always skeptical of poverty statistics because I believe the metric to meet poverty is wrong. For instance the bureau of statistics puts the poverty line at just under 15k annually. Please tell me how a person making 20k a year affords housing, food, and other basic necessities without government assistance.

What is an iconic catchphrase from your grandparents?

All my grandparents passed when I was young and I didn't know them well. However, my uncle quotes his father quite a bit. General advice "Never do anything you wouldn't want to read about in the paper." Whenever he offers you something, or is jokingly telling you why you shouldn't do something "It will make your babies come out naked and screaming" Also my mom's side of the family has a common last name and my grandfather stated that if we met another person that shared our last name that we could accept them as family if they were "reasonably dressed, moderately sober, and not asking for money"

Common misconceptions

Doesn't it seem that in context, jihad can still mean holy war? It seems the vast majority of jihadists are religious fanatics.

Do Muslims refer to difficult homework as a jihad? Do Muslims refer to living in poverty as a jihad? I've only ever seen it used in connection with a holy war, but I'm not Muslim so maybe I'm just fed propaganda and I'm ignorant of the true use.

Would it make sense for a person in a "privileged class" to move from a red state?

I'm in a similar situation in Florida. Florida is where I've spent my whole life and the natural beauty of the state is incredible. However the government here is insane. They attack liberals at every chance, and are rewriting education to fit a disneyfied history. My wife and I are currently looking to get out. Change here seems hopeless between gerrymandering, and the massive influx of red voting retirees. Michigan sounds amazing to me except for the winters. We've discussed Colorado , but it's pretty expensive, and the water management in the west is worrisome. We're just on the lookout for what fits us. The only thing that's certain is that we aren't long for Florida. I am forced from my home by retirees and insane politicians.
