My son introduced me to a mobile game, and we've been playing non-stop together

That's really cute and nice of you both to make the effort and try to find common activities ! Something like this that worked with my much younger brother was cooking desserts. He's not a very talented cook, and very rarely tries a recipe on his own, but whenever I tell him in advance that I wanna do a brownie or a crumble, etc... with him, he gets really excited and we end up having great results (even though he does maybe 10% of the work lol)

What a difference in time perception we have, it's wild, cause the early 2010's was full on PS3 and late-early YouTube era for me. I think everyone I knew around me already was pretty connected to the internet. But yeah 10 years before that, I could see your grandparents' situation being commonplace. Glad you had that time to discover all this awesome technology !

Single player games

Single player games are so great, but it does get lonely sometimes. There's a whole genre that needs to be invented : multiplayer city-builders. For instance in Going Medieval it would be dope to be able to visit other players' settlements for trade or raids on your server

How do you maintain a phone number in different countries on the long-run ?

Thanks for the recommendation, if anyone is interested, I checked and indeed their cheapest plan goes for 18,49€ per month, and covers both countries (Latin America package), or 11,49€/month for Colombia and 8,99€ for Brazil, for a combined total of 20,48€. So I'll probably go with the Regional package if I choose the e-sim route.

I'll check later with a VPN to see if its cheaper in local currency
