From what I've learned several factors played a part in this.

So here's some background on how espesically done this raid was.

Those Koreans where there to BUILD THE FACTORY, why? Because all the designs, instructions, etc are all in Korean. Also those Koreans are career professionals, they are engineers essentially, and probably highly compensated.
