I find that most content gets more fan service as it goes across mediums. This one is a good example of that.

Novel > Manga > Anime

One of the most dramatic increases in panty shots and fan service...

fuck cars and live a little

This needs to be updated.

Getting hit by a pickup truck at 30 MPH is similar to getting hit by a Honda Civic at 120 MPH for kinetic energy.

That's besides the fact that pickups have a much taller hood vs sedans so there are significantly higher rates of head/internal injury.

Taller cars and trucks are more dangerous for pedestrians, according to crash data

America is fucked

This is a funny clip and an accurate depiction of NYC congestion.

But, I live in a major city and we make way for ambulances. If it's this bad we'll end up with civilians running red lights or cops on motorbikes to unfuck gridlock.

I myself ran a red light last week in rush hour to GTFO when I hear sirens. Just turn on my hazards, slow roll into the red light. Cars were already stopping for me so I was safe, then pulled over.

This is really just making fun of NYC traffic and how fucked it is. The delivery makes it extra funny since we rarely get such an animated German on the front page.

Biden-Harris Administration Launches New Effort to Crack Down on Everyday Headaches and Hassles That Waste Americans’ Time and Money.

  • Ensuring accountability for companies that provide bad service. People shopping for products or services should be able to rely on customer reviews to assess which companies will provide streamlined service and not waste their time. The FTC has proposed a rule that, if finalized as proposed, would stop marketers from using illicit review and endorsement practices such as using fake reviews, suppressing honest negative reviews, and paying for positive reviews, which deceive consumers looking for real feedback on a product or service and undercut honest businesses.

Wait. No more fake reviews? No more supressing honest negative reviews?

I'll believe it when I see it. Let's see how Amazon/Google/Yelp handle this.

Let the lobbying commence!

YSK about precordial catch syndrome: a recurring sharp, stabbing chest pain that worsens when you take a breath and only lasts a minute

Oh nice post. I totally have this.

Treatment: Reasurance

Its okay. You're not dying. Calm down.

The pain is agitated by expansion and contraction of the chest. Taking a deep breath and allowing the rib cage to fully expand can relieve the pain, however it will feel unpleasant initially. At the point of full expansion, it can feel like a rubber band snap in the chest, after which the initial pain subsides.

Oh I gotta try this.

I recall stories told where back in the horse and buggy days you could go out to a pub and get wasted. Then get in your wagon, pass out and the horse knows the way home.

Apparently it was a common gag to switch around your mates horses. They'd end up at each others houses.
